How can I I get into the PayPal chat so I can resolve my log in issues the number on my account is incorrect and I need to change it in order to reset my password.
I have the exact same problem and have been trying to resolve it all week with no luck. I managed to speak to pay pall in live chat who recommended I phone pay pall as they dont have the facilities to change account details I try to ring pay pall the phone cuts of straight after saying lines are busy due to corona covid 19 been trying too resolve this all week with no luck what so ever.
It's annoying because I have money on my PayPal account that I need but cannot withdraw and customer service through message centre are sooo unhelpful!
Do you know if you can get hold of paypall by ringing them?? it makes out you will be on hold for a while due too corona but then cuts you straight of at the end of the message about covid 19... I'm the same sold a tablet on ebay cant even acess the money from it what a joke
Another thing that may help with ur pass word situation I rang pay pall told them my phone number and last 4 digits of my bank card then when the automated system asked what I'm calling about I said reset password it sent a reset link to my email so now I no my pass word just cant get past the extra security check (texting an old no I no longer have)
