Unable to Access the Security Settings.

Hi, I am currently unable to access the Security Settings on my account. Everytime I click the Security Settings tab, I just get the "We're sorry we are unable to process your request" error page. I left it alone for half a day, in case it's just a server-side problem, but when I tried it again i still get the same error.
As for why I need to access the Security Settings, I plan to turn off the 2FA for a bit, because I will be changing my phone number soon (changing providers). I still have access to the phone I have on my account, but that's going to change real soon and I might get locked out of my own account.
