UNABLE TO LOG IN

DESPITE CHANGING MY PASSWORD FOUR TIMES AND RECEIVING CONFIRMATION THAT  EVERYTHING IS OK I AM STILL UNABLE TO USE IT TO PAY IN EBAY.   I THINK I AM GOING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT - HOW DO I DO THAT.
