Trying to contact PayPal

I'm trying to contact them for a login issue (very old account about to get terminated).

In Contact Us page, I can't email them, because it requires login. But then when I login with my other account, Email Us button disappears from the same page, while the other buttons remain. Is this a joke?

Also trying to chat them but it's not working, it just says it's unavailable now. Is there any way I can contact these people? Why do I have to spend so much time navigating through a broken labyrinth just to find a way to contact them?

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
