Trying to change name and having difficulty

I've been trying to change my account information, namely my name ( I am divorced and use my maiden surname now), and have tried over and over again to upload the documents required.  Although these are small <5mb, there is no place to click enter or done, so nothing ends up uploaded.  

I've sent an email with the documents attached, but unless I get an answer soon, I just may have to close my PayPal account and re-open a new one.  It's problematic to have items sent to my "married name" which unless I'm home to sign for, end up at the post office and then I have no legal documents with my married name I order to pick up my parcels.  This is just not feasible and I am tired of the hassles this is causing.

Who do I turn to for a quick resolution of this problem???

Sometimes its easier to start over than wait for paypal customer services to actually do what is required.  😏

However reach out and see if they can send you an upload link.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
