Trouble with adding a new address- Zip code

Hi, I want to link my cad to my PayPal account but my address has a UK postcode and not a zip code. It keeps rejecting my entry but doesn't give me an another option. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Do you have a UK paypal account? Only sounds as if you have a U.S one !!!

I don’t know, how do I get a British one? I tried typing .co.uk at the end instead of .com but it still comes up with .com for the uk PayPal.

Go to your paypal account and click on settings next to log out > half way down the left hand side of the page does it say Nationality : United Kingdom?

If not and it says U.S instead then you would need to unlink any information added to that account and close it if you are able to do so.

Then click to register an account > click on the drop down box and scroll down to open a U.K paypal account.

I just had a look and it says nationality: United Kingdom. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thats weird, because if I click on my profile ie settings and then click to add an address it comes up with postcode ???

Try clearing cookies / cache or try another browser or device?
