Tried resetting password and was unable to verify account and have no cell phone anymore

I've tried resetting password but i got a error when i did it too. Now i'm pretty sure i'm locked out of a old account of mine, I just want to be able to log into it again.

Try calling the costumer service center. That should help getting you into your account without having the phone number you no longer have. I'm pretty sure you just have to answer questions they have for you and they help you from there.
