My blue top menu bar has disappeared; now I have a hard time getting around in PayPal. How can I restore the top menu bar (with Summary, Money, Activity, Reports, Tools, More, Help... Notifications, Settings and Logout options )?
Thanks, Peter... deleting my Chrome cache and rebooting worked for me, too. My PayPal menu bar disappeared a few days ago, so I selected to delete only 7 days of history in order to keep history that is useful to me.
