I opened PayPal the other day to get something online because that’s what the shop wanted,so I open an account and PayPal took the £1 to see if it’s my bank,I then could not make a payment for my goods by PayPal for some reason, so paid over the phone by card,I now can’t close my account and PayPal will not pay back my £1 this is thief in my eye and they breaking data protection laws,I can’t talk to anyone and their app is **bleep** poor what can I do thanks one really **bleep** off Guy
