Hey, i just registered this new account to post here. Yesterday i tried logging in to my account with a slow internet. and it keeps on loading. so i tried it a few times until it says 'Paypal is looking out for you.' then proceed to what's next. i did what i have to do. I send my I.D. to confirm it's me and also the gmail code they sent to me. after that it says 'Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you.'. AND NOW AFTER ALL THE HASSLE I CAN'T CONTINUE ON LOGGING IN TO MY ACCOUNT. I NEED THE MONEY INSIDE TO PAY FOR MY TUITION FEE.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
