Hi, today when I wanted to log in to my account I got a message "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you" I then went to my phone and tried to log in there. Got the same message. Then I went to restart the password, it asked me for the mail and then for the card number two way verification that the account is my. All went good, password was reset. Then when I went to log in with the new pass, same message again; "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you" I have a lot of USD on that account and what now?! I need that account for my work/job.
I wanted to call the phone like, but since of COVID-19 they don't accept/answer at this time... Really PayPal what joke is this?!
Can anyone help me and tell me what I need to do now? I am really stressing out hard, since I used PayPal from 2009 and never had a problem like this.

Contacted PayPal support via facebook, then from there to a direct PayPal chat service. They told me that multiple people reported this and have the same problem and how it should be fixed today. That I should check later today or tomorrow. So far still the same...
