Hello,
I've been trying to access my Paypal account for a week ,but each time after entering the password I receive the message
"Sorry , couldn't confirm it's you "
I tried to call the displayed number, but an automatic message came in saying that due to COVID it is not personal enough and my call cannot be answered.
I called to Paypal US and there they said they couldn't help me because I'm not from the US and they provided me with a Dublin number but even this number enters the robot saying that the call cannot be answered due to lack of staff
I also changed my password, I waited a few days but ... the problem persists
Please help me to access my account

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account for i.d. verification when you log in?

I have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in my country and registered in just my name verified on your Paypal but I log in from my laptop (not a phone) and when logging in he asks for my email address and password and after entering the email address and password show me "Sorry , couldn't confirm it's you" and I can't log in
Can you help me with a solution?
