Sorry to this PayPal account's owner, but you are using my email, and I need a paypal.
So, hello, my problem is simple. I tried to create a paypal account, but someone else was using my email on an existing account. I own this email (h****6ath****ldotcom) but I do not own this paypal account. The username is M***e K***y and I am not this person.
Can the owner of this paypal change their main email to something else, because they do not own the current email, I do. But I cannot create a new paypal if this email is being used. If there is an alternative way of resolving this, please tell me asap.
If you're wondering how I am writing this message, it's because I had to reset the password of this account to gain access. I own the email, like I said.
