As the Treasurer of one of my schools organizations, I need advice in terms of what type of business account I would need to set up, in order to collect dues and still be able to use the money collected to fund our programs. I did some research and found that making the account as a non-profit business account might be our best bet but as far as I know we don't have an EIN. Is there another category that my org could be put under or should I go ahead and make an EIN?
