Setting up Nonprofit business acount

My name is Roseline, I'm the founder of The kid's life matters foundation. 

I have been trying to set up a business account, I got stuck with the officer's identity verification 

The two officers are not here in Canada, so I'm wondering if I could use only my name for the registration?
