Set up business account for an Investment Trust

I'm trying to set up a business account on PayPal for an Investment Trust for self-directed payments, to keep the self-directed IRA transactions all separate and linked to the appropriate EIN tax ID. In the account set up page, the only option is 'non-profit' and then it asks if it's a registered non-profit. It's not a charity account so I don't know how to set up the account properly. Does anyone know?

Hi Holly.  Were you able to get an account open for your self-directed IRA or 401k.  I am looking to do the same thing.
