Sending Name Change Documents

I’m trying to change my Paypal name cause i signed up with my nickname and i’m now trying to change it to my real name. But whenever i click “Send Documents” a loading screen appears then goes back to the previous page where the “send documents” button is. I dont know if my documents really sent? How do i know if they actually sent?

You can only change a name for a minor 'typo' or a legal name change.

If you used a fake name to open a legal, financial account then its unlikely you will ever be able to use that account or verify it.
