Security Check

So my account has the new number updated but when I go to do the security check, the number is not there. So when I click on "add phone" and enter in the number it gives me an error message saying "Looks like this number is not registered".

My account number is already linked but can't remember which one is on Gmail

This type of phone number isnt supported is what mine says when I do this. So what do I do??
