I have completed my first sale on ebay. After the sale was completed I realized that payment was sent to an old PayPal account of mine (my mistake).
The problem is, I can't log in to this account. It was made over a decade ago, I can't seem to remember the security questions, and the phone number connected to it is no longer mine. I do have access to the email inbox associated with that account, BUT, every time I try to reset the password by having a code sent to my email it also asks to verify the old phone number OR ask me the security questions I can't seem to get correct.
So I have a payment sitting in this account that I have no access to, I have called PayPal but no humans are answering phones right now, I have tried to message them this morning, hours ago, but have still had no reply.
