Regarding Account closing information

actually i want to close my account. after closing my account can i create another account using the same mail id

Paypal states you should be able to use an email address from a closed paypal account BUT i have heard that sometimes folks do have issues trying.

So if you want to go ahead i would allow a few days before trying to open the new account with the same email address.
