Received message but can't access

I received an email from Paypal which states I have a message. However, when I click the link I receive a message:

"Our apologies, but messages are currently unavailable.

Please close this window and select another contact option."

I'd like to read and respond, however, with this error, it's impossible.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

same problem..trying to settle dispute with a Chinese scammer who owes me refund for sending me something i never ordered instead of what i did order ..true scam
