I have a mate that has recently started streaming on Twitch, I don't know much about the site but she asked me if I know how to resolve the issue where people can see your real name when someone wants to donate to you. She has set up a business account, but she doesn't know how to remove the name on when the person sends the donation over. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advanced.
