Reached a milestone, provided additional info needed but submit button doesn't work.

Hi, 

As the title says, I reached a milestone on my business account so Paypal asked me to provide additional info to verify identity.

I did all of it but could not complete one section where it's asking for business information because the submit button doesn't activate.

This happens even when I input the correct phone number and URL for my business. 

Please help.
