Problem with Negative Balance

I currently have an account with negative balance.

I am unable to log in, send money to it ,to cancel the balance

Paypal is asking me to send a check but i dont know how.
Hence i wish to be able to send money thru another account so that it will cancel out.

How ever,paypal Customer service have not been able to help me

I live in Singapore and hope some kind souls could help me fix this problem

Would it work if you got a mate or family member to send a payment using the friends/family option (if available in your country) to your paypal balance to clear it if you are still able to receive funds?

My country { Singapore } does not have the fnf funcctions

I tried using another account to send money to it but the account says cant recieve money

I tried emailing paypal countless of times about unlocking my account but to no avail.Its either their response are not able to solve my problem OR they dont respond at all.

Its hard to get them to understand my problem even tho i already emailed them so many times.

Im at a loss and just wan my account back
