I need to change my primary address. All of the previous advice says to just hit “change “ in the address section. Unfortunately, that is not an option under primary address. That only works with the other addresses . If the people on this site can help me: is there somebody from PayPal I can contact about this? Does anybody from PayPal monitor this and fix things?
I agree. Six years after someone asked for help on this topic and the app still won't let you change it. You can do it via your browser but initial searches on this site still lead you to a "solution" that doesn't work - and to which you cannot reply. Inexplicable.
