I cannot use the message support feature, or the phone support feature. Its weird, the message support says not working right now and the phone number is a bad number when i click the link. I cannot connect my bank(should be easy, but always times out). Why cant i contact paypal at all? Frustrated. Is this what fees pay for in terms of support? Thanks for any advice!
