Paypal has owed me money since September of 2014, when a transaction was never completed. I get notifications about it when I log in, which say that I can claim it by going to my account summary, but I haven't found any way to claim it there. The amount isn't a lot, so I haven't really worried about it, but I have tried multiple times in the last 5+ years to resolve this. Any suggestions on how to take care of this?
