I recently changed my cell number and home number and I wanted to access my paypal from my laptop. Paypal can not confirm my identity and I can not log-in. I wanted to add another credit card to my paypal account.
I have this same problem, but with adding a new debit card... It asks for me to confirm by text, but says the number is not registered under my name, but it’s the only number on my account.
