Paypal is asking for utility bill type stuff to maintain flexibility in account. Sent bill, not enough since it doesn't show my home address, most mail comes PO Box in my community, they have asked for something with my home address on it but it seems they haven't reset the link in notifications, it just says thanks for uploading previous doc, need them to reset upload link. How do I go about that. Thanks.
