I have called the past 4 days . No help just apologizes. I am u.s verified ...asked everytime to confirm my number..sometimes it wants me to add a number on purchases checkout and doesnt even reconize me. At wits end cant even send money without errors sometimes i can sometimes i cant and they give no reason why at customer support
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
