Just wasted over an hour on the phone to paypal support - the sms text messages are not coming through on time or not at all. So now can not login to my paypal business account. Paypal said they can do nothing and i have to wait at least 24 hours. It is ridiculous! I need access to my paypal business account to run my business!
They tried to blame it on my mobile providor (o2) which is incorrect. Just tested and all text messages from other people coming through. The error is on paypals side! So now i can not login as im not getting login sms code - and when they do come through its past the 10 minute window. there is no other way to access my account via laptop.
Paypal support has been all but useless and I transact 10s of 1000s with them yearly. Now im loosing money by the hour.
does anyone ever respond here ? or can some one assist me ? was told a manager would be getting back to me
of course no one has.
