Hello, everyone. I am Alex. I've been trying to pay for a negative balance for two years now. But the methods offered by PayPal did not work. So i have -1606$, called paypal many times and they said pay by check. Cause i don't have a card connected and can't enter my account. But we don't use checks here in Russia. I found my friend in the US to pay by check, he paid almost 2 mounths are left, and the check is not deposited yet. Paypal confirm that they got a check. The reason of the delay is covid-19. My login is <removed> They are just waiting an answer from other department for 2 mounths.
Wells fargo bank report paypal cash this check of 540$ 29 june, He sent 18 june, they cash it 29 june. But i didn't get any message or any cents... Today is 13rd of august. Please help.
Account is still locked i can't get or send payments.
