I haven’t used PayPal recently and went to use it to buy art materials. It’s asking for the new verification. PayPal sent me a four digit code that I type once I receive the automated call from them. All my details are correct and up to date. I pressed the call now button and nothing happens. No call received so can’t type in the code. Deeply frustrating as all my details and landline number are correct. There is an option that says try another way when I press it nothing happens. Help would be much appreciated as I can’t use my PayPal on eBay or online shops. Only my Netflix is going through as that’s direct debit.
Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account? Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.
