PayPal couldn’t confirm my phone number for security check

My security check has been declined and I don’t know why!

What should I do if paypal says we couldn't confirm it's you??

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.

@kernowless Thanks for the reply! Actually I am using the phone number issued by mint mobile, which is registered with monthly plan.
