Hi all, I have two account's with PayPal 1st account is fine, 2nd account I owe two payments, since I started on PayPal I have had to change my e-mail address and my card details, now I can only seem to pay my main account, they will not help me settle my smaller account as I don't know the log in details
which have all changed, can anyone out there get to the bottom of this problem for me please, they have sent out warning letters threatening me with court proceedings if I don't pay
