Not receiving a code for verification

I am trying to update my account with a new phone number. I put it in and paypal says they’re sending me a code, but the code never comes. I’ve tried several times and waited ten minutes in between without closing the app. I’ve triple checked that I’ve entered the correct phone number. Can someone help me?

I understand that you can't receive the code that PayPal sending you.
Have you tried to contact your service provider?
Try to call them and check if they're blocking some messages to your number.
