Not able to logon to Paypal - Access Denied Error (Intermittent !!!!)

I am not able to login to my account nor I can hit https://www.paypal.in. As I am getting access denied. This is intermittent since morning.

I had changed my password a couple of times. But it didn’t helped. Need your urgent help and support !!!!

Here is the exception I am getting when I try to logon to my Paypal account.

1. I hit the URL Paypal.in
2. I clicked on Logon
3. Entered my creds
4. Its asking OTP from my mobile.
5. After entering the OTP, I am getting the below error.
6. Even if I close the browser (Safari / Mozilla / Chrome) I am getting the below exception even if I hit Paypal.in
7. After sometime it is allowing me to land on paypal.in.

Again the same issue if I follow the steps above. May I know what’s wrong with my account ? Need your immediate help and support !!!
