Sometime in December I stopped receiving notifications of my purchases in Facebook Messenger. I checked my settings and the box is checked. Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone know how to fix it?
Me too. The last one I received was 21st December.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
