New phone & can’t log in bc of access code

I got a new phone and now K can’t log in to my previous Paypal account because it’s insisting on sending a code to my previous phone number. I haven’t been able to talk to anyone about this due to their “limited staffing”. Is there anything I can do before their offices re-open? Thank you!
