I recently moved and my card expired. A new card was sent out to my old address. I updated my address in my Pay Pal account. But the system will not let me make my new address, my primary address. I see the last 4 digits of the new card. The system is asking me to close the account. If I'm trying to remove the new card. Someone please help. Need to send funds to my mom. Mamie
