I don't know how I ended up with the wrong name on my account. I'm listed as Jodie Last name middle name last name. Eg. Jodie Smith Louise Smith. All correspondence shows, Eg. Jodie Smith Smith. How do I go about getting my last name that is repeated, removed? Do I have to send identity document s? Thanks for helping!
