Our legal representative has changed, so we had to change the name on the company's paypal account. I uploaded the requested documents (ID, document with company's letterhead, proof of SSN) but upon checking the section of name change on the FAQ question I saw that I am required to fill in and send a letter of authorization as well? Why is this not mentioned in the explanation of the name change tab where you have to upload the documents? Also, how long does it take for Paypal to update the correct information?
