Name change

I've been trying to change my name since early last month. (3 to 5 business days is a joke) I sent in a copy of my drivers license and marriage certificate online. Then a couple of weeks later they requested that I send my marriage certificate again, so I did. I still havent heard anything. I messaged them on February 20th to ask what was taking so long. No reply. I messaged them again this morning. What else can I do?

But to be honest I doubt it would help, they get around to it when they get around to it and the words paypal and quick don't go together.
