I have another personal email address which is being used by someone else to make purchases online, etc. I didn't set up this account so it's not using my credit cards. But just annoyed my personal address is being used. I tried resetting the password but it asked for security checks, I was able to pass the email address but couldn't get pass the phone number (not my number) and security questions. I've contacted PayPal about this but they did not help and not useful....anyone can help advise what I should do?
