Maybe 7-8 years ago I listed a decent amount on eBay and made a business account. I no longer use Paypal for any business purposes and have requested multiple times that my account be downgraded to a simple, personal account. I even have emails from Paypal saying the task was completed, even though it never was. When I log into PayPal it still shows the business name. A few months ago I received a business debit card. I send money to friends and family and they receive money from my old (Business Name) rather than (My Actual Name) and have no idea where the money came from until I explain the situation to them. I'm extremely frustrated with this situation as you can imagine as something so simple has been going on for years now. I even tried to close my PayPal account and it wouldn't let me, it said I had a negative balance (I do not).
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THIS RESOLVED!?
