Money being paid into paypal

Hi ,

Can anyone help me with this.

i have been selling items on ebay and the buyer sends an amount to my paypal account however the amount that i actually receive is different. For EXAMPLE

I SOLD SOMETHING FOR £150.86 + POSTAGE OF £3.10 TOTAL £153.96. GOT NOTIFICATION THAT BUYER HAD PAID THIS AMOUNT INTO MY PAYPAL Account. HOWEVER WHEN I CHECKED IT ONLY £146.12 WAS ACTUALLY RECEIVED. Where did the £ 7.84 go?

I have noticed this with all my payment from buyer into my account.

Your paypal fee is deducted from your buyers payment before the remainder is credited to your paypal account balance.

This is unlike ebays fee that is invoiced to you on a monthly basis.
