I am having trouble to log in to my account because it says that I have tried too many times because I didn't receive any 6 digit code for step verification, I only received it later but at that time I couldn't log in, somebody please help!

I'm sorry to hear what happened when you were trying to log in.

Try resetting your password. 

 

Here's how to create a new password.

  1. Go to the PayPal homepage and click Log in.
  2. Click Having trouble logging in?
  3. Click Recover it.
  4. Select one of the following:
    • If you know your email address, click I don’t know my password. Then enter your email address.
    • If you don’t know your email address, click I don’t know either one. Enter up to 3 email addresses you might have used to sign up for your PayPal account.
  5. Enter the code shown in the image.
  6. Click Continue and follow the instructions.

If you are trying to login using a web browser, You may just need to clear your cache and cookies from your Internet browser. If you need help doing this, go to your browser's support page, or do a web search on how to clear cookies and cache for your internet browser type and version. This might help!
