Hey fam, my brother have an issue with his account. After enabling the 2FA setting, the codes provided upon attempted logins didn't work and he ended up uninstalling the app without first disabling the setting. Now he's locked out of the account and numerous calls have not solved the query due to sudden end calls. uninstalling
Would you offer any go around strategy to have this resolved, please.
I lost my phone last week and I have the 2FA or google authenticator installed on that phone. So I cannot log in without the authenticator code. I tried to message customer representative as a guest but no one can't help me. They told me to call but currently the paypal service line is temporary closed due to corona virus.
