Hi, I got a message from paypal saying that I violate Paypal acceptable Use policy, log in to confirm.
It is a scam email or is really from them.

Second question, why do I have a negative balance when I do all my purchase with my bank account? Does not make sense that I have a negative for something I have not purchase.
