Inacurate account type

I just received a paycheck from my contractor a few days ago and have been unable to move my money to my bank account.
Turns out that after trial and error with several solutions, I encountered the error.

I am not able to withdraw my funds due to my account somehow being a business account (I don't remember doing this, I do not have a business nor do I have the proof necessary to move my money).
I have tried to contact support in all ways shapes and forms with no avail and my rent bill comes on Monday, for which I so happen to need this very paycheck.

How can I get my money/ a hold of Paypal if their call center tells me they're unavailable at this time?
I have also submitted a ticket and tried the live chat, but no response in "The few hours" it indicates I'll have a response by.

Thanks!

Contact them and see if you can downgrade your account?

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
